The school will eventually have four grades (forms 1-4), with one being added yearly. In the first 4 years, each grade will have around 25 students, with eventual plans to double enrollment to 50 students per grade.
Students must pass national exams. Upon completion of Form 4, students may choose to attend a high school (Forms 5 & 6) on the mainland or return to their homes, armed with knowledge and life skills.
